Let me introduce myself

I'm Sammy a busy mum of three Mahailia aged eight, Mary-Anne aged six and William aged three. I'm married to a great man named Adam whom I have been married to for almost eight years (together nine years) we met in 1998 in my first year of high school to be exact and dated briefly as teenages, then went separate ways after we finished high school, but we always kept in contact and when I moved back to our hometown in 2010 that's when things started happening towards the end of that year.

In March of 2011 we decided to make everything official and started dating, three months later we found out that we were expecting our daughter Mahailia born in January of 2012. Adam and I married in June of that same year.

We faced a lot of hurdles becoming parents as I have Cerebral Palsy people thinking that I couldn't be a mother because of my disabilities, or worried how I would cope. The most hurtful being that my kid or kids would suffer because I wasn't "normal" my husband and I questioned ourselves at times but now looking back we see just how much our family is thriving.

In January 2013 just after Mahailia's first birthday we found out we were expecting our second child and the fun began all over again 😆 In September of that same year Mary-Anne was born and she to this day is a cheeky monkey at the age of six.

In 2016 we decided to add one last child to the mix and with that in September although six weeks early we welcomed William to our grew and even though he had an early entrance into the world he is doing extremely well and the real live wire of the family.
